Experimental Beta

Philotica Forecast Studio

Probability forecasts for US natural gas storage and typhoon approaches to Japan, plus a workspace for developing and recording your own forecasts. Both statistical pilots include an optional χ experiment inspired by Mariusz Włodarczyk’s research programme on chaos; the current implementation uses standard statistical methods, not the chaos-equation apparatus he is still developing. A CSV-import and evaluation workflow lets you score your own forecasts against outcomes and compare them against alternative approaches. Delphi runs a structured, multi-source forecasting panel by hand, or automatically via your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini API key — OpenAI and Anthropic have each been confirmed with a real, complete session, Gemini not yet. A contextual help guide (English, Japanese, Korean) explains every tool in the same six-question format. The homepage’s Energy and Security categories also surface each pilot’s live probability alongside retrospective estimates calculated at selected past dates. Open for public testing and feedback.
